Where is the check-box "Mandatory Item VAT Group" AX2012

Hello,

In AX 2009 we had a check-box in Stock Management  - Parameters  "Mandatory Item VAT Group".

If it was selected, an Item cannot be created or saved without an Item VAT Group.

Anyone seen that one in AX 2012???
