Dynamics AX client crashes

Hi All,

We currently experiencing issue for SOME users that unable to access our AX environment. Users are getting "Microsoft Dynamics AX client has stopped working" error message every time they launch the AX client.

Looking at the application log I am seeing the following error:

1. Generic Application Error that Ax32.exe is faulted.
2. .Net Runtime error that the process was terminated due to unhandled exception on Ax32.exe.
3. Microsoft Dynamic AX error: The description for Event ID 80 from source Microsoft Dynamic AX cannot be found......
