Ax2009 production orders variance help

In production order detail  forums --  than. Filter by  reported by finished

looking the tab estimate vs Actual  , if there is.  Variance in  total  between est and actual  and  work order has  reported as finished how can we fix the hours for this work order , is this possible

2nd. Issue 

when. Closing the work order getting the error message

active job registration exist for this in production order, but we have checked all the registration, nothing is open , so why message is still there, can some one please help 

I am new to all this, really need advise from  some one who has seen this before
