Upgrade AX 2009 to AX 2012 R2

Hi, this is my first upgrade from AX 2009 to AX 2012 R2, i am now in the CODE UPGRADE checklist and after i import the License and restarting AOS service, the "Import Microsoft AOD files into the baseline model store" menu does not exist neither " Import AOD files into the baseline model store"  although i copied the AOD files from the source system to the folder "OLD" in the target system. Any help would be really appreciated. THANKS
