The way to import the chart of accounts and main accounts

Hi

at the moment i have to sync the main accounts and chart of account between two dynamics AX 2012 R3 environment.

I think it's a very common requirement that we have to sync the main accounts and chart of accounts between different environments such as DEV or production. cause creating the main accounts and chart of account are really time consuming and boring.

i found a link as below, but i really cannot find the menu "Import the chart of accounts" by path "General ledger > Setup > Chart of accounts > Import main accounts."

do i have to enable any feature to make this function available ?
