excel add-in attribute type fixed value replacement key

Hi, I am trying to import attribute types. Some of the attribute types are having fixed values. Most of the tables related to attribute type have replacement key, however, table EcoResTextValue doesn't have replacement key {see attachment}, it only got surrogate key {since I am importing the attribute type in one go so it is not possible for one to know the recid}. Is it a normal practice to add a replacement key to a table so that one can do the imports and then remove the replacement key afterwards? Thanks
