AX 2012 R2/R3 Virtual demo machine

Hi I want to test the sync between Outlook and AX 2012 on the demo machines, one is a AX 2012 - R2, running on Oracle virtual box. And one is a Azure hosted AX 2012 R3 demo.

But I have encountered the same error on both machines (see the included picture)
