AX Payroll for California

I am working on a presentation for AX Payroll (R3). I wanted to see if anyone has run across a way to handle California Overtime Laws.

Per CA law, I need to calculate the regular hourly wage by taking all earnings (including any piecework, bonuses, commissions, etc.) and dividing by the number of hours worked. Once that is calculated, the OT rate is 1.5x that amount, which means the rate could change from pay period to pay period. There are additional laws regarding when double time is required to be paid and how to count the OT hours. Please see this link for examples. callaborlawblog.com/common-california-labor-code-viol

If anyone has any ideas, it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.
