DAX2012 R2 “one Sematic”

I'm using Contoso Licence and I see a lot of new tables ending _RU,_BR and new fields for almost each table ending in _RU,_BR,_IN

I went to licence section and disabled the multi countries features, but nothing it's changing

So for US customers what are the options to not show all these fields from metadata
