I asked this question back in September last year and I'm still chasing an answer to it.
When setting up AX 2012 for Thailand, you are required to enter a "Customer Sequence Number", which according to Microsoft's website and documentation you contact MS Thailand for, or receive via your implementation partner.
Given that we already have 500+ AX licences, I don't need to buy any more from a Thai partner, I just need MS Thailand to provide the number. Unfortunately I've had no luck getting any info on the Sequence Number from MS Thaliand and am running out of ideas, does anyone know what the best process is for obtaining the Customer Sequence Number?
