RDS User Profile Disk locked

Hi,

I'm in a bind and understand this is probably the wrong topic for this forum but I'm hoping someone can help. We're having users report issues where they're not able to log into AX with an error from Terminal Server stating that their profile cannot be loaded. The VHDX file is locked but the user doesn't have an open session in either the Terminal Server or AX. What I've seen is after some prolonged period the VHDX file dismounts on its own but I'm looking for a way to dismount it. I understand it can be done through Disk Management but the trick I'm missing is figuring out how to associate the disk number found in Disk Management to the userId or VHDX file. I have userId and VHDX filename, the part I'm missing is trying to find the disk number. Can anyone help? I'm running Windows Server 2012 Standard. Thanks much!!!!!
