Data not flowing from CRM to AX using the Dynamics Connector and Error

Hi All,

We have followed the steps for configuring the AX-CRM Integration. The data is flowing from AX to CRM for create, update, etc, but the vice versa is giving an error. In the connector Log, we are able to see in the Account to Customer Service an error stating "The underlying connection was closed: A connection that was expected to be kept alive was closed by the server". In the Contact to ContactPersons Service the error is "The request channel timed out while waiting for a reply after 00:01:00. Increase the timeout value passed to the call to Request or increase the SendTimeout value on the Binding. The time allotted to this operation may have been a portion of a longer timeout."

After applying the KB article http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2003564

We are receiving new error in the Account to Customer Service "An unsecured or incorrectly secured fault was received from the other party. See the inner FaultException for the fault code and detail." When I checked the Event Viewer logs: It is due to Authentication Failure. But which Authentication is failing, since in the adapter settings, the account specified is having AX System Admin role.

CRM Online and AX 2012 R2 with UR7 is being used in the Integration.

Can anyone let me know how to fix the issue? Any help is greatly appreciated.
