AX 2012 R3 Retail (This staff id does not exist)

hi

i install Ax 2012 r3 and every thing configured   well

- HQ

-Async server

- RealTime

- Channel database

- Async client

And all batch send to Pos Machine

but When Open Pos the Message Appear ! any Advice or Any one face this Issue Before .
