Customer not getting updated in POS

Hi,

I am new to retail.

I created customer in AX2012 R3 environment. I also created certain items.

The POS is assigned to Newyork store. When i go to POS the customer created and the items created is not updated.

Could you guide me how to update the POS with latest customer and Item details in AX
