Form access through right clicks

I'll start by providing the path to the form which I'll refer to in my question...

Accounts Payable > Common > Vendors > All vendors

then within the Vendor list view, I'll double-click a vendor to get to the vendor details form.

Now, if I right click within the General section of the form, I see an option named Record info. My question pertains to this form and a couple of the components found on it. On the Record information form there are 2 controls labeled "Company accounts template" and "User template" (I'm Sys Admin by the way). I'm trying to make modifications to allow access to these controls but I'm having the dickens of a time finding the entry points. I know the form name but it's not doing me a whole lot of good in the AOT. I tried recording the trace in the SDT but this form didn't show on the click list. This form itself is not on the menu structure. I'm a bit stumped and figure it's partly because of the non-standard nature in which the form is called (e.g., right click). The general question is when faced with something like this what is the protocol for working back to the privilege which grants access? Does this require X++ coding in order to change?

As always, thanks very much!!!
