Add reporting server instance error

Hi all.

I've a server with two AOS and two report server instance installed. I've followed the steps indicated in the TechNet site (http://technet.microsoft.com/EN-US/library/hh389770.aspx). When I try to deploy reports I receive this error:

A call to the Microsoft Dynamics AX SRSFrameworkService service failed. No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX:port.

I've also followed this link https://community.dynamics.com/ax/f/33/t/68553.aspx#.UZOG27XYI4k to try to solve the problem but have not solved.

Can anyone help me?
