Since this is the distribution forum I thought I'd ask this question.
AX gives products and ABC classification. Its by Revenue or margin.
What about hits?
For instance I have a low margin/low revenue item, BUT it leaves the shelf often so we need to full fill orders. If we don't, we lose customers. This item is on many sales orders so despite quantity sold per order we look at the count of how often it goes on an order.
Those fast movers should be A items since they have constant hits on sales orders.
How does everyone in here determine what product is a fast mover and then classify it?
