Employee benefit management

Hi all

May I know AX able to create a benefit that tight with Travel and Expenses module? Example : Employee A entitle to Benefit Z with $400. A  able to create a $ 200 expense in Expense Management for claim the Benefit Z and the remaining balance of Benefit Z are $200 for A.
