Hi,
Client has recently upgraded from AX 2012 R2 to AX2012 R3 CU8.
User run any AX report and select the print destination as File, provide the path of network folder along with file format as PDF. Report generates below error
"The permission granted to user "doman\user" are insufficient for performing this operation"
If user select print destination as screen then report runs fine and then user can choose file and save the report on same network folder path successfully.
If I set the print destination of report to network path then it works fine but users get the above error.
Only difference I found is that my network shared drive has AOS service account added so I have asked users to get this added and test/confirm but they are still getting this error?
Is there anything else we can do to resolve this issue?
