Here is an odd one:
Our company does not use Job Scheduling or Operations Scheduling to determine on what resources a production order gets scheduled. Currently all the routes in the system point to Resource 01 in Resource Group A. Shop floor workers then use the 'Edit Job List' form to move a job to a different resource, say Resource 02. This generally works, but sometimes the jobs will just move back to Resource 01 after a little while. I'm at a loss to explain why this is happening. It seems like the changes on Edit Job List are temporary in nature but I don't know why?
Any ideas of places to check? I'm thinking there has to be a parameter, or setting of some sort that determines this. Any help will be appreciated.
