Issue in Help Server in 2012 R2

Hi All,

Currently i installed Help server for ax2012 r2 with the help of IIS 8.While i try to browser the page it the Error like "Metadata publishing for this service is currently disabled." I have Enabled all the WCF properties in Windows features on/off section.

I have googled the issue but none of the solution Helped me...

Please any suggest right path to proceed the help server..
