How to generate new Form While clicking Workflow submit button .??

Hi ,

I am working in  Purchase Requisition Details form. I had workflow named "Purch req Approval" . When i am clicking the workflow  submit button I want open a New Form..How to achieve this?? I am using Ax 2009  ..
