Unexpected behaviour of AX

Hi All,

I am trying to update inventTable detail through one text file. Text file have 14,000 records and I am looping file records and updating all item details.

But some time in between, I am start getting random error. This is showed in below screenshot.

Last but main import thing service is going too stopped automatically.

Any suggestion
