Form's menu item is set to "View", but the form can still be edited

Hello everyone.

I am trying to set the form Delegates (TSApprEmplSub) to view only. The form is placed under Project management and accounting/Setup/Timesheet. I am using SDT (Security Development Tool) in AX 20012 R3 to test a specific privilege where the form's menu item (TSAllDelegates) is set to "View". Still, in the SDT's security test workspace for that privilege, the form is fully editable (both grid and all the buttons). Anyone having any idea of what is happening and how it can be fixed?
