Master plan versioning

Hi all

Have a few problems with MRP and I need to delete the MRP result.  I am using the "Delete plan" option in Dynamics AX but I am noticing that the tables ReqPO and ReqTrans still contain some MRP data related to INACTIVE plan versions.

Should this be the case?  If not, is there a way how to delete such records?
