AX 2012 Integration with Project Server 2012

Hi,

I am integrating AX 2012 with Project Server 2010 and  followed all the procedures which is given in the MS Integration document but still i am getting the following error in the event log"

An error occurred while processing message with action CreateCompanyLookup in Project Server." and integration status is still showing"In Progress".

It would be appreciable if somebody could help the same.
