I'm new to Dynamics AX 2012 and OData queries and am trying to make a query with a dynamic value for a range. The goal is to create a query that returns all employees with an employment anniversary in the current month (i.e. all employees whose start month is September, regardless of the day or year they started). I was able to do this using a calculated column in a view, only to learn that I can't use views as data sources in OData-accessible queries. Do I have any other options in AX or is there something I can do in Excel through PowerPivot? Thank you in advance.
