Alert for changes in Purchase Order line in AX 2009

Hi,

I am using AX2009. We can define Alert rule for anything like any changes occurred in Quantity or Price at Purchase Order Line. But we can define this kind of alert rule at the transaction level.

I am looking for any option to define same kind of setup that is one-time to avoid setting up the alert rule at transactional level.
