Line on PO missing dimensions required

Hi,

I have a PO with one line on it that is missing some dimensions.  In this case, it is pallet ID and serial number.

I edit the line from the PO and fix these two fields but it does not save it.  Cannot receive PO because of error stating pallet ID and serial are required.  

I can't do a transfer on the line either to add a pallet ID because it currently does not have one, which is required.

Any idea how to fix/update the line so that I can receive it?
