Command prompt calling Dynamics AX

Hi guys

I'm curious for the possiblitiy of calling and opening Dynamics AX from another program such as OneNote.

Is it possible to open dynamics AX with parameters such as partnumber or the likes from another program via a link?

If so, are there a place with calling parameters?

I'm using Dynamics AX 2009 in a company solution.
