AX 2012 R2 Retail POS error

I try using POS to save a new customer but unable to save it.

In the event log,

The description for Event ID 110 from source Dynamics .NET Business Connector 6.0 cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The following information was included with the event: 

6.0: 
Unable to connect to an Application Object Server. A company name or server name may not be specified correctly in the client configuration, or the server specified may not be available.

The specified resource type cannot be found in the image file

Axapta.Logon() failed. Exception details: Unable to log on to Microsoft Dynamics AX.Microsoft.Dynamics.BusinessConnectorNet.LogonFailedException: Unable to log on to Microsoft Dynamics AX.
   at Microsoft.Dynamics.BusinessConnectorNet.Axapta.Logon(String company, String language, String objectServer, String configuration)
   at Microsoft.Dynamics.Retail.TransactionServices.AxaptaWrapper.CreateAxapta(RequestInfo info)

BC.Net connectivity failure.AXNET.Logon() method called with Company: null | Language: null | ObjectServer: 
Unable to log on to Microsoft Dynamics AX.
   at Microsoft.Dynamics.BusinessConnectorNet.Axapta.Logon(String company, String language, String objectServer, String configuration)
   at Microsoft.Dynamics.Retail.TransactionServices.AxaptaWrapper.CreateAxapta(RequestInfo info)

The transaction service failed to logon to AOS server. Please check if the account for transaction service application pool is a valid AX user.


What is wrong with my service account ?
