Interest note calculation on partially settled invoices

In AX 2009, when we run interest calculation (AR->Periodic->Int.&Collection->Int. calculation) for partially settled invoices, it calculates interest for the pending amount of the invoice as well the settled part of the invoice. Is there any way to ignore the settled part of the invoice?

I've already setup parameters to only include open transactions.
