Fail to print invoices in batch

We have a problem here.

Our users fail to send the invoices to print when thet try it in batch. When doing it manually, they dont get any error.

The process is as follow:

1. We create the salesordrers.
2. We create the invoices (email-invoices, Postal invoices and eInvoices)
3. For creating the Postal invoices, ax creates the PDF and XMl and puts them in a temp-folder.
4. Then the files are moved to the folder where the carrier company that takes care of sending the invoices, will see the files and sending them for us.
5. The problem occurs when our users try to run this process in batch. As soon as the process comes to the point where the first temp-folder must be created, it fails.
6. The users have the full right to the the folder and the sub-folders.
7. We tried to delete AUC files and usage data for them. But it didnt helped.

Errormessage in English:

Directory \\.....\Faktura PDF\PROD\UX78-SalesOrderInvoice-n1a2rncl.ehf does not exists.
