Production 'End' unknown cost price

Hi all,

Attempting to end a workers order and getting the following error message:

"Item consumption for 1.00 cannot be updated because the cost price is known only for 0.00 in stock."

The item i'm, producing has a cost price assigned so i'm unclear as to what is triggering this? Am I missing any particular fields?
