Transfer Order Work Created with duplicate lines and blank Locations.

Hello All,

When I release a Transfer Order, the work gets created, but for some items the work has 2 lines. One line with the correct as per the Transfer Order QTY. And another work line has Zero quantity with the Pick Location as blank.

My Work creation history log reads thus: "Location Directive T.O Pick, Seq Num 1 for Quantity 1.00 to 9,999,999.00 failed." and "Item 1000057831 allocation failed."

All other items in the T.O seem to work fine. Please advise.
