Dynamics AX 2012 client crashes

I have a VM with Windows Server 2012 Standard, AX 2012 R2 and SQL 2012 installed. This is a fresh install. I use this machine to do custom AX development.

Here's the problem:

1. Open AX 2012 development workspace.
2. Run the compare tool on an object in the AOT.
3. It doesn't matter if there are differences or not.
4. Maximize the compare form.
5. Close the form and the client will crash.
6. If it doesn't happen the 1st time, try it again the 2nd time.

Or if you have version control enabled, try this:

1. In the development workspace, go to Version Control -> Pending Objects.
2. Maximize the Pending Objects screen.
3. Close it and the client crash.

Now, this doesn't happen on a VM with Windows Server 2008 R2 and AX 2012 R2.

Anybody experiencing this problem ?
