Label text not visible for one particular user

Hi All,

For one particular user, There is no label text visible once he opens Ax client.
The user is Admin in Ax. And I tried below things without any luck:

1. Restarted AOS many times
2. Deleted label index file(.Ali)
3. Tried deleting user from Ax.
4. Deleted user(usage) data from Ax.
5 Deleted user cache(.Auc files from AppData folder)
6. Tried changing user languages from user option form in Ax.

FYI- There is only one AOS
