Excel Add-in enable Publish Data

Hi all,

When the file excel is called from function Export To Microsoft Excel

The excel File is opened like that :

I need when the Excel file is open:

First, I want to disable the function "Champs" to disallow users to add new data

Then, I want also enable Publish data to allow users after he modify values to import to AX.
