I have been working with my developers and found some links to assist but they have not corrected our issue. Some of the links did provide that we have settings implemented already but still have the PDF file for invoices too large on print outs in AX Dynamics 2012. Any other settings/configurations done, please provide. Information obtained via the links on IE, the compression level we have for the pdfs is at recommended setting of 12. I also verified we use the predefined fonts on the invoices as well. We have also shrunk the logo size down to about 8kb but still have the file as large as 200KB. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
