I need to understand how to payout Bonus from Payroll.
I am able to generate normal monthly and hourly salaries, and enable to process the Bonus in the variable plans but I am stuck when coming to disbursed BONUS.
I had set earning Code for Bonus both Gross Up and Automatic. I had also enrolled variable plan to my employee pertaining to the desired percentage performance bonus. The award is reflected. Now the difficult is what pay frequency I can use to have ONE OFF PAYMENT for BONUS associated to my pay statement? I tried Annual, Monthly, Weekly etc. but no results.
What went wrong?
Can anyone help me setup such as Earning Codes, pay frequencies in associating generating payroll?
