setup for sales order

Dear All

i  want to make special sales order prices for customer group sic

sales order prices will be average costing or last purchase prices for the sic group?

for example.

1-create sales order 

2-choose customer in sic customer group

3-the system will directly display avgcosting as item prices for this customer.

can i do it on ax 2009 .
