Error while creating self sign certificate using open ssl

hi all,

I am trying to create self sign certificate for async server installation i am tried all option to create self sign certificate but none of those works.

So i am following this link to create ssl certificate

but i am facing error 

Any suggestion to solve this issue is very helpful.
