Scenario: In a WMS enabled warehouse, some items needs to be cross docked, i.e. I need to do receiving with HHT and then put-away these items using HHT to a cross dock location. However for the sales process I do not want to do the picking through HHT, I just want to generate the packing slip, without any other process. Is it possible with some setup changes, if yes, what needs to be configured. In other words I am trying to process a sales order on a WMS enabled warehouse, without processing the pick for it, possible?
