List of duties and privileges needed to open a form via a menuitembutton

Hello all,

I want to know which securities and privileges I need to have access on a certain form(by clicking a menuitembutton). I made the list with the security development tool,as it appeared, I had no success.  I would appreciate your help in making that list.
