Suppress row which have forecast amount if the actual amount is zero in management reporter

Hi

I have two columns

1- Actual Amount

2- Forecast amount

In the rows I list the expenses account.

is it possible to suppress rows that have Forecast amounts if the Actual Amount is zero.
