Tradionally, the above subject has few solutions if it was on a mass scale, but here is my issue exactly
a spacific user, in a spasific PC, on a spasific report shows this error to him "Unable to connect to the remote server", the reprot is "sales analysis by invoice" and he use it daily
- the report works on the same PC with diffrent users
- the report works with the user on diffrent PC
- no other users using this report have issues with it
is there a way to fix this rare issue, bare in mind due to budget cuts we cannot affored a replacement pc nor the user changing station
UPDATE: i cleared his temp files and user data, which made things worse, he cannot issue an invoice for the customers now
