Connecting to AX7 sites from outside of a VM

Hello,

We've just succesfully deployed AX7 VM (vhd) on local server. Every site works fine. 

Is there any other possibility to access AX7 than loging in to the VM trough remote desktop and IE browser? We have multiple users in our RD team, and ideally they should be able to use AX without direct access to VM.

Is it possible? Everything seems somehow fixed/redirected to localhost on this VM.
