Sample AXDemo.bak

Hi,

I have installed and configured AX client, in AX client there is no sample test data available so i have downloaded the AXDemo.bak file from MS partner site.  Let me know how to import the SQL bak file to on my AX and how can I access the data from AX Client.  Thanks in advance.
