Employee entity using DIXF. Mapping to vendor fails

Hello ,

I am trying to import employee details using DIXF (employee entity). Everything is working as expected except one field Vendor ID. I am populating an existing field VendorID with vendor already created in my vendor master manually . My expectation is that after the import the employee has to be linked with this vendor for expense management. 

Anyone into same situation and any resolution for this..?
