Cost Accrual against project revenue

Hello Experts,

is there any option to adopt the below scenario in ax 2012 R2 CU7

When raising project invoice to customer, some % of amount has be accrued as a cost automatically something like commission to be paid against such revenue.  T&M or FP Projects.
